does anyone know of any flyers or promoters that had flyers out for rip off purposes only.
ive recently read about flyers produced for warehouse style raves in 1989 who stocked tickets in various outlets around London with no intention of ever putting on a rave.
they would collect the ticket money on the day of the 'propsed event' and just f**k off with the cash.
I dont want to confuse this with proper legit promoters whose party was stopped by old bill or authorities...just people whose sole intention was to rip off ravers.
It would be interesting to see the flyers and see if they are part of todays collections.
