hi Debs,
i'd call it "collectable" rather than "rare" - it's been offered as an individual item several times on eBay and sometimes appears in sets of Amnesia flyers for sale
generally it's the common flyers which are most in demand, such as the Dreamscapes and the Fantazias :)
