anti-spam protection

to prevent the board being overwhelmed by spam,
you now need to enter a User Name and a Password before posting messages -

User Name: rave
Password: flyers

but don't worry if you forget -
when the password box comes up (once per session)
it will tell you the User Name and Password that you need to enter

sorry for the inconvenience, but this seemed like the simplest solution
