SEARCHING FOR INFO ON_'Brain Strain' 3rd Generation Proms

Greetings all

I am currentley trying to gather any information regarding the 'Brain Strain' 3rd Generation Proms. events during 1989. Who were the people behind it?, Who were the relatively unknown DJ's, Anybody attend or remember the venue listed at 44 Gillender St @ 'The Library/Gallery', Who was 'Rio' Promotions who teamed up with them to promote their Hackney based event?. Any info would be appreciated. Here is what i have so far.
