hi Nico :)

: Now, I am looking for a long term solution for storing the flyers, with good access to the best items and a bulky solution for the less remarkable ones.
: Any ideas?

for the best ones, those that are A4 or smaller can be stored in fullscap lever arch files, using thin see-thru plastic (nyrex) multi-punched 'pockets' -- price of the pockets varies a lot (between 2p and 10p each when bought in lots of 100) so it's worth shopping around -- try and check that the pockets are actually A4 as the width sometimes varies slightly, enough to make it difficult to store A4 card in them

for flyers larger than A4, it's best not to fold them -- i don't know of any cheap solutions, except to try and find some large flat boxes

for bulk storage, you could use suspension files in stiff cardboard bankers boxes which are quite cheap -- this means you can store them in date or alphabetical order -- then when you need to get a flyer out it's not a problem -- the boxes are quite strong and can be safely stored on top of each other

anyone else got any suggestions?
