My feeling is that once you laminate a flyer it is all but worthless. I dont think I would ever buy a laminated flyer, even if it was one I was pretty desperate for. If people want to laminate flyers that's completely up to them , but don't think I've seen any laminted ones listed on ebay actually sell recently, which kind of tells it's own story of the general feeling towards laminated ones.
